Who is Tom Dolan?

Thomas Dolan is a Legal Investigator since 1983, a Vietnam Veteran and a former Chicago Police Officer with twenty-one years experience.  Mr. Dolan is a licensed Private Detective and Alarm Contractor, in the State of Illinois. 

Mr. Dolan received his Bachelors degree from Lewis University in Lockport, Illinois and has received numerous certifications from various advanced security, process service and investigative training seminars. 

Mr. Dolan has been a member of  the National Association of Legal Investigators, Inc., (NALI) since 1989 and has had the privilege to serve as Region V Director, National Secretary and presently Chair of the Elections Committee.

Mr. Dolan has been a member of the National Association Of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) since 1988 and has been serving legal papers since 1984.
